Next we considered exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.
