Some people believe that their job allows them to exercise regularly, or they have friends who support them in staying fit. However, those people are really lucky. They have no problems. They have everything under control. I wish everyone could become like them. Unfortunately, many people are not able to balance their work and personal lives. Many people have bad habits that lead to illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes.

Here are some tips that might help you to improve your lifestyle:

  1. Get enough sleep, minimum 7 hours, maximum 8 hours. This means sleeping properly and not consuming caffeine in the hour before bed.
